Rope Tensioning Control Systems

Our hydraulic tensioning unit maintains the correct rope tension of the chairlift by moving the hydraulic cylinder of the system. The unit is designed to supply oil in a pressure range between 80 and 220 bar, with a cylinder thrust of up to 300 kN.

Service and Emergency Brakes

  • The hydraulic unit that controls the service and emergency brakes on the cable car transmission winch guarantees fast response times, in compliance with ministerial technical regulations.
  •

Vehicle Brakes

The hydraulic vehicle brake unit, mounted on the car suspension, activates the trolley brakes automatically and with very short response times, through the system’s safety systems.

Recovery Winches

The hydraulic recovery unit moves the cable car in case of failure of the normal electric motor of the system. The control is electronic, but manual control is also provided for emergencies.

Ropeway System Maintenance

We offer a complete maintenance, overhaul, and modernization service for existing hydraulic systems, with scheduled replacement of flexible hoses, testing, and commissioning.
